Located in Center City, this commercial architectural project adds to an existing three-story building.  The design was commissioned by Goldman Properties, with alterations including a corner addition to the structure.  The project fills in the last gap on the Center City Philadelphia corner of 13th and Sansom Streets.  The new 30,000 square foot combined three-story building, completed in 2006, is used for retail on the ground floor and includes offices above.
